Our Story
We opened because Laplace
deserved this
It started with a simple idea: what if a neighborhood café could feel like a good morning? Not a drive-through, not a chain — a place where someone takes the time to blend a smoothie properly and shape a donut by hand.
Smoothie & Donut opened on Belle Terre Blvd with that intention. We source real fruit. We mix our own glazes. We bake in small batches so what you get is what you'd get if you made it at home — only better, because we've already done the work.
We're not trying to be everything to everyone. We're just trying to be the best version of what we are: a spot where your coffee is hot, your smoothie is cold, and you're treated like a neighbor.

Every smoothie is made after you order it. Not pre-mixed, not sitting under a heat lamp. Real fruit, the right milk, blended until it's exactly the texture you like.
Baked in Small Batches
We don't bake 200 donuts at 5 a.m. and hope they last. We bake through the morning so the last donut you buy tastes as good as the first.
